Delta Capital Partners Management is funding a CDN$130M claim by Winshear Gold Corp. against the United Republic of Tanzania. The claim alleges that Tanzania has breached its obligations to Winshear under the Canadian-Tanzania bilateral investment treaty and international law, including by cancelling Winshear's mining licences in the country and expropriating the company's investments.
