The working group of the Indian Association for Litigation Finance held its first meeting last month and tackled key initiatives in the young organisation's 100-day plan, including its approach to affiliation with other industry bodies and the scope of matters to be handled by self-regulation.

The Working Group for the Indian Association for Litigation Finance convened virtually on February 11 to sign the Founding Charter and formally launch the organisation. Over 944 participants from 26 countries registered for the event.
