Omni Bridgeway has agreed to fund a class action by shareholders of AVZ Minerals Limited (ASX:AVZ) (AVZ) related to AVZ's alleged failure to disclose certain claims related to the Manono Project in the DRC, in which AVZ holds an interest. The class action will be run by law firm Johnson Winter and Slattery.
