Texas-based Siltstone Capital, LLC, an investment and advisory firm, has announced the successful closing of SC Litigation SPV, LP. Siltstone, through its subsidiary Litigo Financial, LLC, will invest in commercial, patent, technology, and other business litigation finance opportunities that the firm sees on an increasing basis.

Siltstone Capital, a Houston, Texas based investment and advisory firm, has launched a litigation fund through an affiliate, Litigo Financial. The fund will focus on US commercial litigation, with a unique focus on energy and patent litigation. Legal due diligence will be handled in-house using a proprietary software platform that will integrate with AI in order to efficiently assess the merits of each case.
