VR Global is fighting for a $29 million award which the Cayman Islands hedge fund states it is entitled to after providing $7 million to asset recovery firm Broadsheet to finance its arbitration proceedings against the Government of Pakistan, but its latest legal manoeuvre has been dismissed.
