$132.7 million settlement reached in class action funded by LCM on behalf of thousands of Australian landowners

Litigation Capital Management, which funded a class action brought on behalf of landowners against the Commonwealth of Australia in relation to the alleged contamination of their land by PFAS, has announced that a settlement (subject to Court approval) has been reached that will see the Commonwealth pay $132.7M to resolve the claim.
