£5bn competition claim against Sony PlayStation proceeds to trial

The UK CAT has certified a £5 billion claim against Sony Playstation brought by consumer rights expert Alex Neill on behalf of 8.9 million customers, marking the first claim of its kind to be fully certified by the courts following the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in PACCAR.
