Amazon Wants to Know Funders Behind Mass Arbitration Cases

Amazon has reinstated mandatory arbitration for US consumers and added provisions requiring claimants in mass arbitrations to disclose third-party litigation funding relationships, funding agreements and transferred financial interests, extending the broader corporate push for greater transparency around outside financing of legal claims.
