The American Legal Finance Association Objects to U.S. District Judge's Case Management Order Regarding Litigation Funding

The American Legal Finance Association has objected to a case management order issued in the 3M litigation which prohibits claimants from obtaining consumer legal funding without court approval, arguing there is no precedent for such an order and that ALFA was denied due process in the issuance of the order.
