Aperture Aims for $1 Billion in Litigation Finance Investments

Aperture Investors is expanding its litigation finance platform to $600 million in assets and up to $1 billion of investment capacity, focusing on $25 million to $50 million private credit facilities for plaintiffs’ firms in late-stage and post-settlement litigation, including mass torts, class actions, commercial disputes and bankruptcy-related claims.
