Apple, Amazon face revived UK consumer lawsuit over product sales

A UK Competition Appeal Tribunal has revived part of a consumer collective action against Apple and Amazon, allowing claims worth an estimated £289 million to £306 million over alleged restrictions on Apple product sales through Amazon’s marketplace to proceed after an earlier version of the case was rejected partly over concerns about the proposed class representative and litigation funding.
