Apple’s concerns over troubled funder LCM rejected by the CAT

The UK Competition Appeal Tribunal has certified a £2 billion opt-out class action against Apple backed by LCM, rejecting challenges to the funder’s financial stability and confirming that funding concerns, mitigated by ATE insurance and lender support, did not preclude authorisation of the claim.
