Argentina’s $16.1 Billion Judgment Is Now Open to Collection

A US Court has rejected Argentina’s attempts to delay Burford’s efforts to enforce its $16.1 billion judgment in the YPF case after Argentina argued that Burford’s enforcement efforts were “unnecessary and premature” given that the judgment is fewer than four months old and is being appealed.
