Arizona Moves to Limit Law Firms Shipping Work to Other States

Emily Siegel shares that Arizona's Committee on Alternative Business Structures has recommended two rules addressing referral law firms, requiring firms to provide legal services and devote at least part of their business to serving people in the state. The rules are aimed at suppressing firms that set up operations in Arizona only to drum up business elsewhere.
