Asmel and Lexcapital bring litigation funding to Italian municipalities

Lexcapital has entered into an agreement with Asmel, an association for the subsidiarity and modernization of local authorities in Italy, giving Lexcapital the right to pursue disputes on behalf of over 4,000 institutions partnered with Asmel and to share in any financial award.
