Audley Capital Ltd, the fast-growing litigation finance consultancy based in London, has forged a joint venture with AXai to form Legal Intelligence Ltd. This follows closely on the heels of the launch of Audley’s ‘hub’ platform, which offers unique access to deal flow, legal expertise, and investment finance.

Combining Audley's long-term experience and ever-expanding contact base with AXai's proven A.I. capability, Legal Intelligence, working with leading finance providers and litigation law firms, will continue its rapid expansion plans. Legal Intelligence Ltd will focus on further developing groundbreaking client verification tools, quantum calculators and claim maximisation tools, case management oversight, and settlement algorithms, adding value to all key stakeholders from funders, law firms and often overlooked, the claimants. Technology is at the forefront of legal services development ensuring that tasks can be completed quickly, effectively, and within an ever-changing budget environment.
