Australian class action against Uber approved by the Supreme Court of Australia

A settlement of an Australian class action against Uber has been approved by the Supreme Court of Australia, together with a 30% funding commission in favour of Harbour, with the Court concluding based on the evidence that the commission was fair and reasonable, particularly in light of the significant risks borne by Harbour.
