Australian judge approves 24% group costs order in shareholder class action

An Australian judge has approved a 24% group costs order in the a2 Milk shareholder class action, in part on the basis that the GCO was likely to provide a better outcome for group members than if litigation funding were secured at the currently prevailing market rates.
