Azalina: Malaysia, EU recognise need to regulate third-party litigation funding

In a series of bilateral meetings, Malaysia and the European Union reportedly came to a consensus on the need to regulate third-party litigation funding globally, demanding “heightened attention and coordinated efforts by global leaders at an international scale”.
