Bench Walk backs claim against Mexico alleging breaches of NAFTA

Bench Walk has agreed to provide $US9.5 million to Silver Bull Resources to fund its international arbitration proceedings against the Mexican Government. The claim alleges that Mexico unlawfully expropriated Silver Bull’s investments by illegally blockading Silver Bull’s Sierra Mojada project - an open pittable oxide deposit - in Coahuila, Mexico.
