BMW Pushes for Susman Funding Deal Details in Arigna Patent Suit

BMW is seeking disclosure of Arigna Technology’s litigation funding in a patent dispute between the companies, and has indicated it may be interested in recovering money directly from Arigna’s lawyer, who is currently seeking to withdraw from the case.
