Board Changes and Notice of Results

RBG Holdings has announced the appointment Jon Divers as CEO, as well as Tania MacLeod and Nick Davis as Executive Directors to the RBG Group board. Jon is already serving as COO of the Group, while Tania is the Group’s longest serving partner. Nick brings a wealth of experience in law firm management and on AIM related matters.
