Burford Capital Statement Re Cameroon Mining Arbitration Matter

Burford Capital says an ICC tribunal has awarded one of its counterparties more than US$600 million in a Cameroon mining arbitration, potentially entitling Burford to over AUD$250 million for its balance sheet, although the award remains subject to significant post-award, enforcement and collection risks.
