The funder outlined the likely post-hearing timetable through potential Supreme Court review, while also detailing active enforcement efforts in U.S. and foreign courts, including Argentina’s ongoing resistance to discovery and turnover orders and recognition proceedings underway in the U.K., France, Ireland, Canada, Australia, Luxembourg, Brazil, and Cyprus.
