CASL funds consumer class action against Qantas Airways

CASL is funding a consumer class action conducted by Echo Law which has been commenced against Qantas Airways Limited on behalf of persons who held tickets for domestic or international Qantas flights that were cancelled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.

The action seeks full ticket price refunds, as well as interest and compensation for other consequential losses.
