CF(n)O, says the Federal Court in Davaria

Alexander Morris, Moira Saville, Eleanor Atkins and Harry Simons of King & Wood Mallesons share that the Federal Court of Australia has released a decision holding that it has no power to make a common fund order, whereby a funder’s remuneration is borne by all of the group members (not just those who have signed a funding agreement).
