Claimants in Dieselgate narrowly escape costs order

Steve Din of Heirloom Fair Legal reveals that claimants in Dieselgate narrowly escaped being completely unable to recover costs for what was considered to be poor costs management and budgeting on their part, with the High Court ultimately reducing recoverable claimants’ costs by a mere 20% despite holding that the claimants were repeatedly on the wrong side of the line in terms of the original budgets.
