Class action against ASB and ANZ banks for overcharging customers offers to settle for more than $300m

ANZ has rejected a proposed settlement of over $300 million in a class action law suit against the ANZ and ASB banks. The suit is being jointly funded by Australian funder CASL and New Zealand funder LPF Group.
