CoreStaff class action: Omni Bridgeway assists PNG mine workers to recover unpaid wages

The Federal Court of Australia has approved a $6.4 million settlement of class action proceedings for unpaid wages brought against Australian labour hire company, CoreStaff NT Pty Ltd, on behalf of skilled mine workers from Papua New Guinea. Omni Bridgeway provided financing for the case, and had its 35% commission approved as part of the settlement. Read more.
