Court of Appeal to rule on first post-PACCAR funding agreement

The UK Court of Appeal is set to rule on the validity of an LFA that was amended to take account of PACCAR by adding a new provision allowing the funder to take a percentage of the damages only once it was “enforceable and permitted by applicable law”.
