Croton-on-Hudson Litigation Financier Sues for Winnings

A New York-based litigation funder, Legal Funding III, has sued its funded claimant and the Pillinger Miller Tarallo law firm in New York state court, alleging they withheld a contractually owed $40,000 return after a $1 million personal injury settlement.
