Dai Wai Chin Feman launches Dispute Collateral Finance

Dai Wai Chin Feman has launched Dispute Collateral Finance, a New York-based legal finance advisory. He was previously with Parabellum Capital and is currently the US Chapter Chair of the International Legal Finance Association (ILFA).
