Day of Reckoning Approaches for IP Edge-linked Firm, Lawyer

Nimitz Technologies and its lawyer, George Pazuniak, who’s refused to produce documents in a heated litigation-finance probe, are facing a hearing on Tuesday, with US District of Delaware Chief Judge Colm F. Connolly telling Mr. Pazuniak to appear in person at the Wilmington courthouse “to show cause why he and Nimitz should not be sanctioned for failure to comply” with Judge Connolly’s November order.
