Dead Russian Billionaire Amplifies Sanctions Debate in US Courts

Sanctions issues are making their way into US courts, including in a case financed by Russian litigation funding company A1, whose three founders are all sanctioned by the US and UK governments, and another case concerning a deceased Russian $3 billion estate where A1 denies involvement despite a number of apparent connections.
