Embattled Louisiana Law Firm Raised $40M from Florida Hedge Fund, Partner Says

McClenny Moseley & Associates, the law firm that lied to insurers about who it represented and filed thousands of hurricane-damage lawsuits in Louisiana, sometimes without telling property owners that it was suing their insurers purportedly on their behalf, told a court that it had raised a total of $40 million from private investors.
