Empirical Perspectives on Twenty-One Years of Funded Class Actions in Australia

Professor Vince Morabito of Monash University has published a report providing extensive empirical data on the involvement of funders in Australian class actions over the last 21 years. Among other things, the report provides a list of funders and the number of Australian class actions each has funded, with Omni Bridgeway leading the charge with 69 class actions.
