English Court of Appeal rules in favour of ExCeL London

The English Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of ExCeL London in a test case likely to bolster thousands of other claims for business interruption losses allegedly suffered by a number of different policyholders as a result of Covid-19. The Court found that national lockdowns triggered "at the premises" insurance clauses. Fenchurch Legal is one of the funders backing the claims.
