EY pays £100m bill to settle court battle over NMC Health

EY is believed to have paid more than £100 million to settle NMC Health’s £2 billion audit negligence claim brought by Alvarez & Marsal as administrators, with the settlement proceeds enabling repayment of almost £48 million in litigation funding plus a £22.2 million agreed funding return.
