Farewell Pogust Goodhead, welcome back PGMBM

Pogust Goodhead is reverting to its former name, PGMBM, following requests from founders Harris Pogust and Tom Goodhead to remove their surnames, even as the firm remains embroiled in a dispute over control of the Mariana Dam litigation, with Goodhead having joined rival Bailey Glasser International, which claims to have taken over representation of the claimants, a move Pogust Goodhead is challenging in court.
