Father-son startup ClaimAngel is taking on the high cost of lawsuit funding

ClaimAngel says it has facilitated more than $144 million in consumer legal funding through a marketplace connecting plaintiffs and lawyers with 27 funders at a standardized 27.8% simple-interest rate and 2x repayment cap, and is now expanding into attorney funding, secondary trading of funding positions and data-driven underwriting.
