Federal Court of Australia reduces commission payable to funder from 26.33% to 22.3%

The Federal Court of Australia has reduced the commission payable to a funder from 26.33% (approximately $4.4 million) to 22.3% (approximately $3.7 million), finding the latter amount to be just in the circumstances.
