Fenchurch Legal administrator investigates loan book transfers after failed challenge

Vincent Simmons of BV Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Services, the administrator of Fenchurch Legal, is investigating the litigation funder’s £16 million loan book, competing security and assignment claims, pre-appointment share transfers and substantial payments made shortly before the administration. The High Court recently dismissed director Louisa Klouda’s challenge to Simmons’ appointment.
