The long-running “Please Call Me” dispute has entered a new phase as former litigation funder Black Rock Mining seeks a court order to block Vodacom from paying Nkosana Makate his expected R660 million settlement, arguing it is entitled to 40% under a 2011 funding deal that Makate later cancelled.
