FORIS AG ends financed proceedings against Deutsche Bank through settlement

German funder FORIS AG has announced a partial settlement of a dispute over Deutsche Bank’s 2010 takeover over Postbank. Two proceedings brought by 19 investors worth around 4.5 million euros were financed by FORIS AG. According to Deutsche Bank, around 60% percent of the claims brought against it have been settled.
