Freeths, Litigation Funder Settle £5.6M Negligence Suit

Litigation funder Henderson & Jones and law firm Freeths have agreed to a confidential settlement of a £5.6 million ($6.8 million) claim after the law firm admitted to giving advice which caused the funder to miss its chance to bring a claim against an insurance company.
