Funder-backed class action certified in Canada

A Canadian judge has certified a class action against Iran, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and Ukraine International Airlines, who the plaintiffs allege are responsible for shooting down a passenger plane moments after takeoff from Iran on its way to Canada via Ukraine in January 2020.
