Funding regulator ‘monitoring’ Mastercard row but has not been asked to investigate

The Association of Litigation Funders is monitoring developments in a dispute between Walter Merricks CBE and funder Innsworth Advisors over the settlement of the Mastercard collective proceedings, which Innsworth is challenging as premature and too low, saying the settlement was reached without its agreement.
