Funding sought for patent infringement claim

Funding is being sought for a potential patent infringement claim against a billion dollar technology company which holds a large share of the world’s consumer drone market.

The claimant alleges that the proposed defendant infringed on its digital image capturing device system and method patent by using patented technology in an app with over 10 million downloads.

The cost to litigate is estimated at $2 million and potential damages are estimated at $500 million.
