GCAS24: CAT chairman sets out third-party funding stance

UK CAT chairman Andrew Lenon KC has set out his stance on third-party funding, noting that funding is essential to the success of the collective proceedings regime, but also warning that the tribunal will continue to clarify the legal principles relating to funding arrangements to ensure that collective proceedings do not become “a cash cow to funders and lawyers”.
