Google faces up to $10 billion in private antitrust claims across Europe following its latest Digital Markets Act defeat, with LitFin COO Matej Pardo saying the funder is backing more than $1 billion of claims in Amsterdam and expects further cases as businesses use the ruling to pursue damages for alleged self-preferencing and market abuse.
